The crab came out of the basket, like some prehistoric insect. Waiving it's pincers, vibrating its' intentions of tearing me to pieces. Rose up on the rim reacting as if it had been captured for weeks. Snap, crackle, and chomp it said to me. The boat had a hole in it, as long as we moved we wouldn't sink. The engine stopped. More crabs came out buoyed by their friend, the sea. Fortunately I had the key to escape reality.
PS This is a true story. My brother and two brother inlaws were crabbing in The Chesapeake when this transpired. The kicker being when we reached shallow water, we had the incredible luck of landing on an oyster bed, and cut our feet to pieces, but we were soon laughing about it, and still do,to this day.
